but heartache crushes the spirit.

​A happy heart makes a person happy and healthy.

A happy heart comes from thanksgiving and

joyful songs to the Lord God.

​Heartache crushes a person, no matter

how good and talented and hard worker

he may be. His heart must be healed.

The Lord sends forth his word and heals him;

he rescues him from the grave.
