Being alone
But a time is coming, and
has come,
when you will be scattered,
each to his own home.
You will leave me all alone.
Yet I am not alone,
for my Father is with me.
John 16:32
The life of Jesus and Paul
who have given the greatest
benefits to mankind and
the second respectively was
quite similar.
Their last was also similar.
The last was that Jesus and
Paul were left all alone just
before their executions as
all the people who were with
them all along, taught and
loved scattered.
Although there are 30 years of
distance between Jesus and
Paul they are the greatest
benefactors of mankind.
They said the same thing in
the similar situation.
"Yet I am not alone,
for my Father is with me"
"But the Lord stood at my side
and gave me strength"
It was for Jesus the redemptive
death for men to be forgiven
their sins: and for Paul to make
known this greatest love story
to all gentiles including Koreans.
All God's workers go through
the same path as Lord Jesus
and Apostle Paul went through.
There is no less or different path.
Less or different path could be
a deviate or heresy.
Today's Christmas blooklet page 41
is continued, the Bible chapter to
memorize each month.
These chapters are the core
Christianity, only in Christian faith.
Now it is the chapter, John 14.
John 14-16 are the most heartfelt
Jesus’ promises and request for
his beloved 11 disciples: It was his
last night on earth after last passover
supper before his crucifixion about
12 hours.
“Let my love and my life and my
inheritance be made known to all ”
For this he promised everything:
He promised sending his Spirit,
the Holy Spirit.
His beloved 11 disciples received
Jesus promises of all privileges
as his children and workers.
Now this is the same to all
his children.
