Choice by will
When they had sung a hymn,
they went out to the Mount of Olives.
Matthew 26:30
♪, Scripture to mutter with
thanksgiving and joy

Now is the 3rd week of the 6 weeks of Lent.
Jesus had the last Passover supper with his
disciples at the upper room of Mark's house
on Thursday during the Palm Sunday week.
Jesus said he was feeling like death
due to the suffering and the disciples
were in full confusion and sadness.
Jesus so desired to eat
this Passover Supper with his disciples.
No longer is needed to put the blood of
lamb on the sides and tops of the
doorframes of the house on the Passover.
Some 1500 years before this night
the angel passed over seeing the house where
the blood of a lamb were without killing
the eldest.
Finally the Egyptians sent away this
mass slave Israelites who in turn
achieved emancipation.
By this blood of slain lamb,
only Israelites survived.
All Egyptian families had the eldest
son slain including that of animals.
After this night the Israelites had
performed the same ritual at the same day
every year as the biggest national
memorial celebration.
This bleeding slain lamb is a symbol of
expiation of sin offering to God
in person for the sins of mankind.
It is written in Genesis 3:15.
This last Jesus' Passover supper was
the finale of expiation symbol but
actual expiation for all mankind to
the God of justice.
It is the actualization of Genesis 3:15.
All God's redeemed children would learn
forever the passion of Father God and
his Son because of God's love for mankind.
Sin entails suffering.
From the pain of conscience to disease,
imprisonment, execution etc.
The mankind would never measure the
suffering that the Son of God who never
know sin had to take all the wages of
mankind's sin spiritually, mentally,
physically and socially.
When suffering is too great or prolong,
it is prone human beings collapse or
disable mentally or physically or admit
defiant behaviors to end incarceration.
This last night on earth for Jesus and
his disciples were facing more suffering
than these.
In fact over 6 months this kind continued
since coming to Jerusalem from Galilee.
It were filled with betrayal, injustice,
loneliness, dejection, extreme pain of
body and mind and threat of death and
the certainty of death.
At the final Passover supper
Jesus proclaimed; in symbolic term
forgiving all your sin he gave his body
broken as broken bread and his pouring
blood as wine.
And Jesus the last night on earth
with his disciples sang hymns to God.
They sang and prayed to father God.
And went toward the Mount Olive where
he will be captured.
33 years ago in the night when
Lord Jesus came to earth as
a newborn baby in that manger Bethlehem,
the starting of God's redemption process,
the angels sang great chorus to God
spreaded in the universe.
The scene is closing in completion.
Now at the completion of mankind's
redemption loving Jesus and his disciples
sang hymns to God in praise at the
upper room of Mark's house.
They choose it by their will.
There were many things to choose;
fear, blame, revenge, desperation, hide,
betrayal, giving up . . .
The song of Jesus and his disciples
pleased God.
God received his glory through them.
Jesus received strength.
The disciples remembered this night and
the song, and were able to obey God
the rest of their lives and to be martyred.
Jesus and his team, used their
cognition of the character, Image of God.
They knew this event, the death of
Jesus' crucifixion is for
the redemption of mankind so they pushed
away their sorrowful and painful emotions.
They choose by their will to sing songs
to God's character, his love and
almighty power by their faith.
Jesus hung on the cross in the frog, mock
and insults.
The earth shook and darkness came over.
It continued for 3 hours.
On the cross Jesus said the final saying
"It is complete."
God being human being, dying tragically
instead of mankind he proclaimed
the achievement of goal,
"I give mankind eternal life and
abundant life."
It took only 3 days.
Jesus resurrected as a glorious God.
For 40 days resurrected Jesus met
people and solved the problems and
returned to his eternal kingdom and set
his throne which was for 33 years empty.
He said he would visit the earth again
to bring his children who believe him
as their Savior.
Maranatha!
Until then we will praise and sing and
rejoice the Trinity God.
We will use our will.
Regardless situation we will praise and
thank and sing the song that Jesus and
his disciples sang last night.
My heart would dance with joy
for my right choice.
God bless you.
